      - Owner and founder doesn´t know what they want, changing their mind at every turn and not listing to his employees - Inappropriate attitude towards women - Disrespectful overall, Owner is very volatile and screams and humiliates his employees - Owner fires whoever he wants whenever he wants, high employee turnover - Outdated tech Equipment, some employees used their own laptop -

      - Very supportive team - Some remote working options - Competitive salaries

      - Terrible leadership/management. The CEO is incredibly volatile and unpredictable, and very inappropriate towards women. - Office space is old and very uncomfortable, not suited for work. - Tech stack is non existent.
