Pros
The culture and atmosphere is very exciting; inclusive, vibrant and fast moving. You will get on at Betfair if you can stand on your own two feet, find things out for yourself and carve your own path. The benefits and salary are very competitive.
Cons
Continuous change and upheaval has left existing employees jaded. Even with a change in management the culture still feels very chaotic. A long hours and presenteeism culture still pervades even with the drive towards promoting work life balance and the need to work efficiently.
