Pros
It's commitment to continuous delivery, automated testing and other processes that make a software engineer happy, like fast-paced agile process and code quality standards.
Cons
There were redundancies of 10% of IT after my first year working there, during which they asserted that next year there would not be any more redundancies. Next year there were redundancies of 50% of IT. A lot of work is moving to Romania and Portugal now. The company had some great people working for it that now work elsewhere.
