Pros

Good coworkers and remote work which gives you more sense of ownership. You can grow if you show up and put on the work. Your work is recognised and it easy to talk and ask for help to other coworkers even if you do not work closely with them. The team I was part of is what made my stay enjoyable in the company.

Cons

Not everyone is as tranparent as you think. There are people fighting for your job and it can be stressful. As it is a startup, the company goes under a lot of changes and you never know when you will get fired. The companies internal communication is lacking as well so you never know what changes are going to happen.

Pros

Product - The product Pactum AI delivers is touching on a hot spot for large enterprises worldwide. Finding value in contracts for both our customers and their suppliers is a win-win. Growth Potential - Pactum is experiencing tremendous growth, and we are just starting. I am excited to help continue to grow the company and the product use cases, with the customer in mind. Start-up Culture - I love rolling up my sleeves, facing new challenges everyday, and being able to work fast. Leadership & Team - The Pactum Leadership team is strong, inspiring and supportive. They have a vision and can lead us to the next level. New hires into the company are also making a difference with their experience and passion.

Cons

There are so many customer use cases, we have to continuously prioritize. We can't build fast enough, but ultimately this is a pro vs. a con.
