      Pactiv has a great work environment and really values its associates. There are numerous employee perks and appreciation events. Along with all of the great perks, Pactiv also has a great benefit package as well as very competitive wages.

      Cons

      I don't have anything that stands out as a con to me.

      Direct management (Team Lead and Supervisor) are welcoming and extremely helpful with new hires.

      Plant Manager likes to scream at people for fun I guess? He came through with my tl and supervisor and screamed at them in front of all of us last week.
