Pros
- Pay was decent. - OT when you need extra money. - It was easy to move up if you pay attention to the job. - They don't test for THC - If you can make it as a Production Lead here you can search the internet 9 hours a day paid.
Cons
- If you bring your concerns to a production lead, they may laugh at you. - The production leads have no problem putting you into areas that are high micromanagement until you quit, this includes running three lines while making and labeling boxes with corner protectors and a lid while maintaining paperwork changes per customer with hourly quality check. - Despite what they say they do hire convicted convicts. - Most of the production leads/office personnel/techs are all friends and or relatives. This place has extreme fraternization. - I watched at least 5 cases of sexual harassment unfold in my time with the company that I got pulled into even though I was not even involved. - Toxic work environment. - If production needs were not met on the day of you can and will be yelled at, actual screaming has taken place at me in my third month of employment and so on. - Mandated overtime
