Pros
They are extremely flexible with time and understanding school schedules. They are patient and work well to teach you about what the company does. There is also considerable access to the CEO
Cons
They start you at a low salary, which can create an issue when you spent time working there over another company. They also have a very lax culture, which may not work for some personalities - especially if you need order.
