Pros

There isn’t any that I saw when I was there.

Cons

Old dingy building, dead roaches throughout, no hot water in entire building, all about denying claims, bad faith comes into play here a lot, very noisy, feels like you are being watched every second, no flexibility to work from home, very stricked about time but doesn’t care about ppl talking all day long.

Pros

Work life balance is a priority! Management encourages, develops and cultivates a work environment that allows all employees to flourish to their best potential. Tools and training are provided for every role throughout an employee's career. As supervisor within the claims department, I feel as if my ideas/concerns are heard and believe the proactive approach our department takes is advantageous in every aspect. The claims department changed senior management several years ago which brought a positive boost in mood and morale. This is a great place for growth, opportunity and challenge.

Cons

Technology may be a bit slower to upgrade however all the tools are provided to perform your job effectively.

Benefits could be better but again health insurance is expensive everywhere.
