Start when you like at a reasonable time if you need to take kids to school. Decent pay for certain areas Managers can be supportive Colleagues are great if you need support although appliances can’t be fixed over the phone

Never know what time you’ll finish You can work 10,11 hours without a break as when you finish is when you finish, you could finish at 8pm or 1pm they’re not really bothered. Loads of miles between jobs, if you finish an hour n half away from home they’re not bothered and you won’t be paid from last job. (Possibly under minimum wage if your finishing late constantly) Inadequate training - you’ll be expected to pick it up as you go along, part ordering is a joke and when you recieve parts to your bybox sometimes they’re broke, and you have to call customers to explain. Can recieve 9-11 jobs a day, expected to be completed on an 8 hour shift bear in mind you have to travel to your bybox travel in between jobs and get home for me not possible. The software they use for jobs is awful constantly crashes uploading 4/5 pictures at a time on a 30 minute job is not ideal. You damage you pay You leave you pay. Tin can company I would avoid don’t waste your time.

Working environment is pretty good

Company as a whole is pretty disorganised
