Could improve on work life balance.. but then again, this is an issue mainly concerning the nature of the job.

My line manager was amazing and we worked well together

No leadership. Senior Manager was non-existent, in 18 months there I never received any email updates about strategy, financial results or anything else. I will never know what the vision or values were!
