If you play your cards right, fantastic work remote/abroad opportunities. Very flexible on working from home. Almost everyone works from home at least one day per week. 14 paid holidays, most of which have early release the day before, including a week between Christmas and New Years. First year: 4 weeks vacation, Second year 5 weeks vacation. Pretty liberal with sending people to conferences. Eager to get people certified, even if they're not qualified (PMP for HR).

HR institutes unnecessary policies to keep themselves busy, are very unresponsive to the needs of the employees, and dismiss issues brought to them instead of addressing issues. Management is very resistant to change and continuously makes decisions without getting feedback from those who it impacts. The company claims to be a product company, but really makes custom solutions for customers. Faux-agile Annual raises are a joke, no bonuses.
