Pros
Of course, you have great benefits, but more importantly, the culture and values that they wish us to give are also given to us. I love coming to work because it allows us to work on our past and never feel micromanaged. Overall I love coming to work.
Cons
I had a hard time thinking of the cons but there are not many Cons I guess. The only thing is you only have 40 hours sick and 80 Vacation.
