      Pros

      Company is in a great location. Small machine shop atmosphere with big customers. The company is getting back on it's feet after a couple of hard years.

      Cons

      Future seemed a bit uncertain but I think it will get better. The leadership is now focused on turning the company around. We in the San Diego division have been downsized.
