Cons
Micromanaging employee's lives outside of the organization, gaslighting from leaderships, CEO does a lot of charitable work but cab be a hypocrite in what he preaches vs how he treats people. Share's past employees personal struggles, messages, etc to all employees, have used discriminating words to describe people who don't "follow" his programs, yet advertise a 3 point commitment and has fired people for not following or "participating". Says he doesn't discriminate others by their spiritual beliefs but forces people to put a "take a friend to church" stickers on their car despite if they are Christians or not. High producing accounts of mine that I was working well with would be taken out of my name and given to a newer employer without any warning, and these would be accounts I had a good report with. They've fired an employer just a year away from her retirement who was making a great amount of production over the YEARS she was with the company, in business ethics under Federal Ethics, this is due to avoiding having to pay out retirement. I also don't like how they gaslight the recovering addicts and alcoholics to think their company is as good as it will get for most of them. It's a very cult-type of culture. Worked for this company for a few years before leaving.
