I have no cons to report on

Cordial colleagues, polite atmosphere. A few very hard workers. The front line is student-focused. Plenty of interesting on campus activities for students that staff are welcome to join.

Zero growth potential, micromanaging and punitive leadership culture, shifting goalposts, opaque communications, stuck in old fashioned working styles, leaders reluctant to let go of basic tasks and end up doing menial work themselves. Very high staff turnover, where leaders blamed departures on anything but their environment.
