Rude and try and cheat time off your time card. If you want to be micro-managed you found the right company.

Chance to learn new systems and stay current with technology. Owner has a brilliant sense of understanding and design of integrated systems. Takes good care of his customers and is honest with them.

Owner undervalues his employees, doesn't pay a competitive wage, andis unwilling t listen to his best people for advice. Gives away too much information in his quoting system. Competitors can use them for future bidding.
