Plus investors interfere left and right to put whoever they want, wherever they want - So you just need to know someone powerful

* Incompetent managers and founders ; no skills, no working experience. * Zero planning, everything is chaos. * Leaders can’t make decisions and never take responsibility. *No alignment anywhere, everyone pulls in different directions. * The company is full of people doing nothing. * Way too many unskilled people in managerial roles.
