Pros
Amazing company with great vision, and dedication to doing "more" in the industry and in the community as a whole. There is tremendous leadership at the executive level, down through middle management. People are genuinely happy to be at work, and the community feels like a family.
Cons
Results driven leadership creates a fairly "heads down" culture within employees. Having perks like ping pong tables is awesome, but taking a break for those luxuries isn't always possible.
