      -Okay comp for EU, -Good offices and decent benefits for lunch etc. -Friendly team members, many expats

      Cons

      HR / Practical: -No permanent contracts -Promotions don't guarantee change in compensation -Have to pay back relocation costs if resigning within 12 months -Overall lack of policies or processes -New employee support non-existent Development team: -Top down management style, leads are not consulted, production decisions made in a vacuum -Significant overtime is expected by management -Massive issues in communication from directors

      Pros

      The studio has lots of talented people, offers very good benefits (completely paid medical insurance, gaming/learning/health budget, etc...) and is relatively stable due to Krafton backing it.

      Cons

      The studio operates very chaotically, with a heavy culture of crunch and general overtime being expected, sometimes required by upper management. Deadlines and direction changes very rapidly at the last minute while employees scramble to meet demands
