      Everyone is treated very fairly, We all keep in communication with our weekly meeting and the open door policy is the best that I have ever encountered. The CEO and All of management has my deepest respect with the way they do business here at PTS.

      Not 1 thing that I have ever experienced or seen.

      Pros

      Team members were the only thing keeping me from not leaving on my own.

      Cons

      Management is a disaster. Dictatorship and nepotism at its finest. CEO has no direction and thinks he has all the answers. Constantly changing direction and business ideas. Not willing to listen to employees, even managers. No cost of living increases, cut to benefits.
