Very open lines of communication from CEO to the troops. Looking out over the horizon towards where they want to go, not willing to continue to push a dying business model.
Cons
Giant margin pressures, not a people friendly place to work, almost tyrannical leadership style among some of the leadership team, employee morale declining.
