Pros
1) Have a thick skin you might not get too stressed. 2) pretty laidback culture good for people with no ambition.
Cons
1) Beware of the HR of this company they hardly know or match people to their right profiles. The most incompetent 2) Lot of politics in the SO&S team do not join th cloud team especially Gurgaon team. The management consists of insecure people. 3) Lot of politics and favourtism. No career opportunities once you exit this company from support role. They hire people from core branches into their cloud team with no future growth and 0 exit opportunities.
