Pros
Benefits are decent, work life balance is great, the people doing the actual work are smart. Great place to grow early in your career. If you don't like what you are working on, wait an hour.
Cons
Upper management is indecisive, way below average pay, a lot of bigger work never gets finished (beta and maybe a few more fixes is generally "good enough") Known issues won't be prioritized until a customer is heavily escalated.
