Pros
A lot bright people, most of the organization comes from engineering backgrounds. The vacation policy is the best I seen in the industry. The headquarters has numerous perks and is close to downtown Boston. The career paths are clearly defined and management is accommodating to transferring internally to other departments.
Cons
The salary compensation is mediocre and yearly increases were under whelming. The company has seen a lot of RIFs over the years.
