      Pros

      Great work life balance, and flexibility. Great PTO (4weeks starting in US) and an additional week every 5 years. Birthday off etc…

      Cons

      Hard to get promoted Bc they don’t like to hire when someone leaves, instead they just add on more work to ppl without more money or title change. The pay is lower than market.
