Cons
- Severe lack of definition around 'who owns what', which create tons of confusion and lots of wasted time simply figuring out how to get simple things done - Way too much time spent in meetings (unless you actively decline like myself) - Busy times i.e., end of quarter get very busy due to extreme focus on short term financial results
