Constantly shifting vision - the current flavor of the month is IoT (Internet of things) Upper management seems clueless to the reality that the company culture they're trying to steer in a new direction is entrenched - they can't turn the company into the next hot startup just by wishing hard and giving us all a 2 hour training course No raises except the occasional cost of living adjustment which comes so infrequently that salaries are declining vs. inflation
