Dont stay more than 3 years and than jump. If you stay like I did 10 years. New associates will run circles around your pay. No way to improve it but to move, period! Company culture is lousy goosy! Health insurance is about 900$ month if you have a family if not 600$. Pay is lousy compared to outside. everyone fakes to look busy but you know 90 percent is just fn around.
