Isolating environment - Consultant PSEG Employee Review

I wish I can say alot but in one sentence, it's who you know not what you know: - The Diversity and Inclusion part is a front. I can't lie on this one. But it's not because of the hireups, it's because of lack of HR overseeing how one employee can introduce chaos into the work environment and gather groups of employees to do the same thing. We can all strive to run the company one way, but to wish versus to do whatever you can to monitor toxic environments are two different things. If you can't achieve that don't force yourself to do it. It's better if we know it's not your thing than for us to come into this environment and find out through the employees who've been here. - There is no opportunity to grow only because it happens through an employee, and when that employee is unprofessional you can forget it. - There are no opportunities to get promoted. You have to wait for someone to die or retire. They focus on the interns but for contractors and new employees, it's a different situation.
