      Pros

      None really- benefits are lower than industry average, culture is hostile. Promotions are available because turnover is so high, if you can buy in to this type of culture.

      Cons

      Management shows only contempt for employees- professionals are treated like servants by angry, impatient bosses. Profits are are achieved at all costs: respect and ethics are not even considered.
