      Pros

      Worked at the Nuclear Plant for 27 years with a great bunch of people.

      Cons

      Management swaps out constantly and no one at the senior level gives two craps about the people that put in hard work to keep the place running.

      The Managers and HR take a good time reviewing the profile of a person to be a good fit with the teams. This helps to ensure a positive work culture with clear expectations.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy can be tough, especially if you don't know the org chart and the people.
