      Some Managers micro manage (very few). Benefits for dental could be better. Rotational Engineer Program can be structured better and tell us how it ends!

      The Managers and HR take a good time reviewing the profile of a person to be a good fit with the teams. This helps to ensure a positive work culture with clear expectations.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy can be tough, especially if you don't know the org chart and the people.
