Pros
Benefits, flexibility, bonus. There are definitely some gems in Leadership- just very few. Strong E, C team with great business acumen. Company has responded well to recent events.
Cons
Career development/advancement (pretty much left to figure it out yourself) management loves to toot their own horn, yet does not know what is really happening in their departments. The company is going through an identity crisis- wants to be this new-school, people-first, employee-friendly organization to "attract top talent," but does not have the leadership in place to do so. Too many managers, not enough leaders. Not enough mentors. It's still very much cut-throat corporate america politics everywhere, but one can tell the company is trying to move away from that, just hasn't happened yet. There is clearly a disconnect from the very top down to lower-level leaders. You can't force engagement and culture is cultivated, not what the company wants to claim it to be.
