Cons
The worst team leaders and management. The first red flag was that "we are family", "we are here to support and push you to your maximum". The head of department and colleagues in the team liked to use humor and sarcasm to hurt people's feelings. Using jokes to poke fun of staff is unprofessional. Went on to the extent of calling staff "stupid" and "special needs" Even when staff is on leave they make sure you are working and checking work phone. Blame you when you are on leave and didnt check your phone. Made their staff cry. Ridiculously long hours and low pay. No 13th month and pathetic bonus. It is unfair to many new hires as management has favoritism. Your boss can be sending you emails in the wee hours of the morning and you have to work weekends as well with no extra pay and pathetic 1 to 2 hours time off during the weekdays (subjected to approval). Basically bullying new hires. Disgusting work culture and toxic environment. PTSD from the team till today.
