Pros
PSA has a strong group of people that want to make the company a success and work hard everyday to make it happen. From the time that I interviewed, to the time I accepted the job, I could tell that this company would be a place for me to learn, thrive and grow. The flight benefits are wonderful and so are the health benefits. With growth comes a great opportunity to speak up and share you're thoughts and ideas, and a great place to advance. I am very happy with my decision to join the PSA family and know that I made the right choice in my career. Leadership is very visible and open about their strengths and weaknesses. They are work hard to do what is best for the company and the employees that work here.
Cons
There has been a lot of negativity coming from people who have been here a long time. People expect change to happen over night or to not happen at all and that's just not how it works. A con for me is the negativity that I see from some of the people here that don't believe change can happen and that our growth is a good thing.
