Pros
I have worked for this company for awhile now. The industry is fast moving and always changing. But, you learn a lot. You are encouraged to use your strengths, and typically work with a team of 2 or 3 people. You get to work with amazing people. The company excels in talking to people directly, and getting to know people inside the office and outside the office that do brand ambassador work and sampling. They do truly care about the people that work for them, and make you feel like your job is important, regardless of the position you have. You feel appreciated, and the communication is open. The "family" team connection is real, everyone is part of the team and you feel you are a big part of an industry that makes people connections- and that each connection is important. I like that.
Cons
There are deadlines that need to be met, and dealing with people can sometimes be challenging since that is relevant to every position.
