Pros
Really easy job, casual dress code, friendly CEO
Cons
Low pay (barely a living wage) with no raise after probationary period (regardless of what was promised), no benefits, no opportunity for professional growth, job is not challenging (job consists of leaving voicemails for brand ambassadors along with recruiting), sad office space, poor leadership, expected to work weekends, lack of communication throughout entire company. Job responsibilities were unclear during interview. Company is afraid of change. There is an extremely high employee turnover rate (for a reason). If you have a degree, some experience, and are interested in actually gaining marketing experience, do not work here as you will be disappointed. Job was constantly threatened, and always felt replaceable. Never receive positive feedback from supervisor.
