No good - Manager PROSPERA Housing Community Services Employee Review

Prospera HCS is very unprofessional when it comes to upper management, they belittle you and don’t show appreciation when you go above and beyond, I know not many company’s show this but as a person, just showing a little appreciation a small thank you goes a long way! It gives an incentive of wanting to do better and want to strive for the company in general! Respect is very lacked in this company! Which is pretty sad, not only does it show what type of people work for this company but it doesn’t own up to the entire purpose, helping one another, being kind to each other, working as a team! You definitely will not find that at Prospera!
