As a Senior member of the PRISM team for 20 years it saddens me to see any negative reviews about PRISM. I respect and love PRISM for holding their employees accountable to our core values and principals. They provide all the tools and encouragement for success! Leadership truly cares about the team and understands the importance of each contributor thus why they have a quality interview process.
PRISM promotes dedication, results and lots of fun! Management is patient and supportive of learning, goals and growth. Turnover at PRISM is not because of the PRISM environment but because of the challenges the industry holds. We do require folks who like to work and can also produce results, we are committed to our clients. PRISM cares about each employee and they protect the health and success of the team that will allow for continued company growth. Many of my co-workers have been with PRISM for 15 years or more. We care!
True, the building is older so it doesn't have all the bells and whistles but the location is fantastic with easy access to lunch spots, stores and a walking trail. No trouble parking either. Our people make up our PRISM family not the building.
