Pros

- Prime has decent benefits. - Average to below average pay for industry. - They waste a lot of money on company events, picnics, Ragnar sponsorships, races and luxurious parties for Sales and their customers (in exchange for good pay). If this is your thing instead of good compensation, then it's a pro!

Cons

- Leadership is terrible. The leaders will lull you with a warm welcome and talk about being a caring company, But they will later treat you with a passive aggressive nature if you’re not part of the cool kids club. It's a very gossipy environment that starts at the top. They may not give you constructive criticism or any criticism at all, But they will talk about you behind your back, change policies or address the whole company about minor issues that one or a couple people are having, and then make it a big deal as a company, rather than tackling the problem upfront with the people involved. -It’s a constant high and low, depending on the amazing thing you did for them that week. They will forget the 50+ hour weeks and the many times you have to pull out your laptop on PTO/vacation the second you make one minor blunder or say one wrong thing. The leadership team will give you no guidance or mentorship unless you're one of their stars. They will either bark orders at you or give you passive aggressive responses and discuss your problems behind your back. - The DEI program is facade. They play up the charade for their customers talking about the minimal donations they make to lots of charities but their practices are discriminatory towards woman and minorities. Look around - most of their leadership and shareholders are white males. They act like a boys club in and out of the office. If you disagree with one of them or stand up to them, the complaint will spread like wildfire amongst the boys club. Ask them what percentage of their employees are women/minorities - it’s particularly hard to have minorities/woman when they have a different expectation from you than their other white counterparts. Woman with kids? Don’t even expect to get past a certain level. Your child gets sick and you have to stay home? Well, they want you in the office 100% of the time for a job that can very well be done at home. You will be penalized in a passive aggressive way. It's a boys club and it feels like it. My advice - don’t stay too long, don’t play into their “loyalty”, and don’t trust the leadership team.

Pros

Strong field team and a lot of hardworking office staff. Theres definitely talent here

Cons

Leadership and culture have become disconnected from employees lately. I realized years ago the current leaders don't really care about the people working here. Communication often feels reactive instead of transparent and decisions that impact staff are sometimes made without clear reasoning. Performance expectations change quick since employees are bounced between groups and each one runs different. No consistency which creates uncertainty and low morale. If you join the project teams expect to work at least 10 hours a day to be viewed as a good employee. work life balance is mid.
