The CEO has no respect for the health or safety of his employees. Many people have been fired for not feeling comfortable in the office during the COVID pandemic. All direct reports (Purple Belts) of the CEO do and say nothing when their employees are treated poorly, even when they are in the room with them. Since March 2020 110+ employees have either quit or been terminated in the US alone.
