Pros

Good salary and decent benefits Above average vacation days Hybrid work Provides drinks and fruits in the office and often other snacks

Cons

Continous restructuring over the past 20-24 months, leading to several waves of layoffs (including senior positions) and constant uncertainty and anxiety among staff. Most senior managers have been replaced during this time and several high-profile department heads and regional managers resigned or were let go. Too much talk of company culture, but barely any discernible in the European subsidiaries. Employee concerns and suggestions are only paid lip service to, if at all. An environment where "the boss is always right"

Pros

The people you work with are the best that's about it

Cons

Managers have no clue how to guide you do your work, layoffs happend every months (with no warnings), no flexibility to take time off or work from home. HR is not human at all. Everyone knows each other there, if you dont, dont expect any promotions
