      Pros

      Multicultural environment, rapid growth, lots of interest from investors. There's room from improvement but the company is stepping up from the "startup" kind of approach / mentality

      Cons

      Change and growth come with pain points. The company is not exempt from it, but I like the way they are being addressed

      Small team means lots of opportunity to make an impact and get exposure to senior leadership. Interesting global work.

      The people you work with are the best that's about it

      Cons

      Managers have no clue how to guide you do your work, layoffs happend every months (with no warnings), no flexibility to take time off or work from home. HR is not human at all. Everyone knows each other there, if you dont, dont expect any promotions
