      Still some governance and operational challenges from moving from a startup to a consolidated company. Ongoing streamlining processes after recent acquisitions.

      The people you work with are the best that's about it

      Cons

      Managers have no clue how to guide you do your work, layoffs happend every months (with no warnings), no flexibility to take time off or work from home. HR is not human at all. Everyone knows each other there, if you dont, dont expect any promotions
