If you join this company, be prepared to have to interview for a job again during a reorganization, which seem to happen every six months. Should you receive a promotion into a leadership role, you will be attend ample training in leadership principles, but if you really pay attention, you'll notice none of these evident amongst the leaders above you. The leadership ranks are full of people who simply can't execute. They have created a toxic environment that's racked with the stress of saying the wrong thing in front of the wrong person.
