Company changes sales strategy and systems at the blink of an eye. Tech platforms do not work or integrate with other platforms. Bureaucracy through the roof. Every task that needs to be accomplished takes three hours to document. Sales goals are unclear and unattainable because they are based on the territory from last year, even if you did not work the territory. Leadership just moves the same mid-level managers around the corporate chessboard with no real results. Product never available to sell so you spend more time trying to procure the product than actually selling it. Lack of diversity at all levels. Very few minority hires and practically no minorities in senior management.
