      Pros

      PPG Industries is a large company to work for which gives you access to several different departments across the country. If you're able to move internally, there are a lot of options to choose from.

      Cons

      It is difficult and time-consuming to try and move internally to a different department. The company is very large and sometimes disconnected. Also, because it is a large corporation, policies are not flexible.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
