      Pros

      Very technical company. Their processes are very complex and require talented people to run them. Good benefits, 401k with matching contribution, retirement fund, health insurance.

      Cons

      Long hours are expected, nights and weekends. Pay is on the low side. Little appreciation for the engineering staff. Their vision for the business seems to be very short sited.

      Pros

      - Education benefits (but access/support depends on your manager) - Flexible workplace (work hours/wfh) - Diverse workforce.

      Cons

      - Does not support employee promotions. Very difficult to get promoted if you are not an engineer. - Low pay, salary increases depend on manager. For the past couple years, most employees did not even receive adjustment for inflation. - Constantly loses top talent because management is unwilling to invest to keep good employees.
