Overall good company, not the best place for HR - Human Resources PPG Employee Review

HR is tough here...there is always a lot of turnover and management is not willing to look at why these employees are leaving and make changes. Because of this, conditions are less than desirable and workload is always heavy to compensate for being consistently short-staffed. No real opportunity to advance either.
