      Good experience in terms of just working in a GMP environment

      Cons

      Bad management. Not all, but some. Continuously checking online status, try and catch you out and tries to use it against you to try and get a promotion, Put you down, other things I cannot say. Honestly just makes life hell to come into work.

      Compensation and bonus has been available through ebbs and flows of business. Hard work is typically seen and rewarded.

      Cons

      7 line managers in 10 years (through one role change) Company restructures often. You must be willing to adapt and thrive in constant change.
